What is the length of the contract for management services provided by Gold Crown?
Gold Crown’s standard term is for one (1) year. However, the contract allows the Association to terminate the contract “without cause”, by giving written notice of a time period (usually 30, 60 or 90 days) included as desired by the Association. Gold Crown’s success is based on an open and transparent relationship with its clients. We are so confident that you will be satisfied with our services, termination is not an issue. To prove it, we provide an easy termination clause.
