What is the length of a typical lease?
The typical lease is for the academic year, meaning a lease that starts in August and ends in May. However, we also accept ½ year leases for students studying abroad or only enrolled for one semester. We follow the school calendar, but are pleased to accommodate early arrivals and late departures, on a case by case basis. Importantly, in contrast to living on campus, you can use the apartments during all vacations during the academic year. The Country Club Apartments are generally closed during the summer months for renovations. This ensures the homes are in top shape for returning students. Some exceptions are made for summer occupancy and if you need a room for the summer, please ask.
