The lemonade diet is a cleansing diet that uses fresh lemon juice, cayenne pepper, purified water, organic maple syrup to detoxify the body. It is also known by other names such as the Master Cleanse, or simply the lemon diet. In 1941, Stanley Burroughs is said to have invented this diet.
