What is the legal value of notarized Memorandum of Understanding?
A Memorandum of Understanding is a written document executed by certain parties which establishes policies or procedures of mutual concern. It does not require either party to obligate funds and does not create a legally binding commitment. The notarization is confirmation by a Notary Public that the signatory has been properly identified.
