There is NO legal smoking age in Belgium. However, Belgium shouldn’t be the land of the surrealists if there wouldn’t be an absurd law. So: smoking is not prohibited at any agy or below any age. BUT selling cigarettes or tobacco to young people under the age of 16 IS prohibited.
