A. Per the Seattle Residential Code Section R105 (see #2 above), fences over 8’ high with no masonry or concrete elements over 6’ do not require a permit. Refer to CAM 312, Decks, Fences and Arbors for Single-Family Homes in Seattle, for additional information.
