What is the legal effect if the Court approves the Settlement?
On the date the judgment approving the Settlement becomes Final, the Derivative Plaintiffs and all Boeing Shareholders will release all Released Claims, as defined in the Stipulation of Settlement, a copy of which may be found on this website on the “Court Documents” page, against the Released Persons (also a defined term in the Stipulation of Settlement).
