A. 18 years old. Q. Are there any restriction of drinking alcohol in Malaysia. A. Throughout Malaysia consumption alcohol is allowed except muslims are not allowed to drink in public in the state of Kelantan and Terengganu. The legal age to drink in Mexico is 18 years of age. It is illegal in Cabo San Lucas to drink in a public place such as, the beach but that law is not widely inforced.

18 years old. Note: While an 18 year old on island can buy, order, drink alcohol they can not transport bottles of alcohol back to the US with them. 18 year olds will have their alcohol confiscated at the customs check point at the airport.
