What is the legal age to move out of home in UK?

Any age you like, but if you are still under 17 you will go into a foster home of some form. I am presuming you mean out of your parental home. In UK law you are still a juvenile until the age of 17 and as such the state will take parental responsibility over you if your parents won’t/can’t or if you refuse to live with them. However often for 17 year olds, you will be put into monitored housing rather than a children’s home or foster care, ie a flat/bedsit but with a warden, or the social worker will visit regularly. If you are 16 you will likely be put into foster care. Strange, as legally you can be married and live with your husband at the same age!
