What is the legal age to get a piercing in Queensland?

0

In Queensland it is illegal to pierce the genitals (including nipples) of someone under 18. There are no exceptions including parental or guardian consent. You will need to provide photo ID proving your age ie. Drivers Licence, 18+ card or Passport. Other than genital piercings, if you are under 18, our studio policy is that you need parental or guardian consent. You parent or guardian will need to come into the studio with you to sign the consent form. PLEASE NOTE: For all under 18 piercings we reserve the right to refuse to pierce anyone if we feel it is not appropriate. This is determined on a case by case basis.
