What is the learning methodology at RIMS?
The focus is on Participant Centred Learning (PCL). A significant part of the process ownership has to be borne by the students. The success of a student at RIMS is determined by four factors – Physical Presence, Prior Preparation, Passionate Participation, and Perspective. Without being physically present, a student would lose track of what is happening. Preparation in line with the teaching plan is the key to understanding concepts. Participation makes the class lively, interesting and exciting. Perspective highlights the diversity in a classroom and facilitates peer learning.
