What is the lead-time on generators?
Our generators our unique handcrafted kinetic sculptures. Each one is built specifically for its owner. Lead times are typically 10-20 days. We will confirm your order immediately and also included an estimated ship date. How are the generators shipped? We ship our generators domestically via FedEx or UPS ground service. You have a choice of two different methods of packing. We can completely assemble the generator and package it in a customized rigid shipping box, or we can ship the generator partially assembled in three major assemblies packaged inside a cardboard carton. If you choose the fully assembled method, we will completely assemble your generator and place it in a custom wood crated for shipping. There is an additional cost for this as the shipping crate ads to the total weight of the shipment and we will also issue a call tag to have the empty crate returned back to Electrostatic Arts. You may also consider purchasing this crate if you plan on transporting your generator on
