What is the lead time on custom and stock orders?
Once a prototype of your custom order has been approved the lead time is usually 2-3 weeks. Product development time varies depending on candle testing and packaging development. Sagapo will lead you through every step of your custom candle development and this will keep lead time to a minimum. Stock orders will usually ship within a few days of placing an order. We will notify you if there will be a lead time of more than a week on any orders.
