What is the lead-time for orders?
You will receive your initial case order in approximately two weeks after approval of artwork and payment for your custom label. Please advise if you have any deadline requirements so we can work with you if possible to accomplish faster delivery. Factors that affect lead-time are unreturned or delayed returned phone calls, emails, or faxes from our staff vital to authorize production. The number of changes you request to your label proof will also affect lead-time for first orders as will delivery restrictions you may have. Thereafter, water will be delivered in about 7 to 10 business days from the following day that the order is placed. All incoming orders are logged in by date, time, name of the caller, and purchase order number if applicable.
