Construction Noise Culver City Municipal Code 9.04.020(D)(2) states that construction is prohibited between the hours of 7:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. Monday through Friday, between 7:00 p.m. and 9 a.m. on Saturday, and between 7:00 p.m. and 10:00 a.m. on Sunday. Leaf Blowers Culver City Municipal Code 9.04.020(L) states that leaf blowers are prohibited between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. Monday through Friday and 5:00 p.m. and 10:00 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday. Musical Instrument/Loud Radio Culver City Municipal Code 9.04.020(B) states that musical instruments and loud radios in residential areas are prohibited between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. seven days a week. Penal Code 415(2) refers to any person who maliciously and willfully disturbs another person by loud and unreasonable noise.
