What is the law concerning juvenile parties?
No person shall suffer, permit, allow or host a social gathering at his or her place of residence where ten (10) or more persons under the age of twenty-one (21) are present and alcoholic beverages are in the possession of, or are being consumed by, any person under the age of twenty-one (21) years. See the Los Altos Municipal Code, Section 7.04.030.
