What is the latest staus on D R Hortons purchase of the remaining open lots within the Arbor Walk community?
As of 11/12/09 – Shawn Kruglewicz (770-730-7957) from D R Horton, indicated that he would be the interface between D R Horton and the Arbor Walk HOA. Shawn would like to meet with the Board on December 3rd, 2009 at 6:30PM to review D R Horton’s plans for the Arbor Walk community. A follow-up meeting will be scheduled with the complete community. Within the next 30 days, they plan to purchase the following lots: 3-5, 11, 13-14, 16, 21-31, 34, 36-37, 40-42, 47, 49-55, 58, 73-78, 80, 83-86, 89, 92-93 and 106-108. However, this has not been finalized. D R Horton is currently the largest residential builder in the USA. They are also the strongest financially since they had anticipated the downturn in the real estate market. D R Horton has taken extensive pictures of the current homes at Arbor Walk and they will providing 6 different floor plans with 3 different elevations for each house. They do not place two of the same looking houses side by side. They will ensure their color pallet match
