What is the latest I can place an order and have it roasted on the same day?

All orders placed by 2:30pm will be roasted that same day and shipped out the following business day. Any orders placed after 2:30pm will be roasted the next business day and shipped the business day following that. We use the day between roasting and packaging the coffee to marry our blends.
