What is the Late/Tardies policy?
STUDENT WATCHERS expects its employee to be responsible for getting to work as scheduled and to follow the appropriate procedures for notifying supervisors of absences and/or tardiness. An employee whose absences or tardiness is deemed by the Human Resources Administrator to be excessive may be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination. Excessive absences or tardiness is among those performance factors considered in employee performance evaluations. STUDENT WATCHERS policies for excessive tardiness are as follows: TWO TARDIES = I ACT OF INSUBORDINANCE If a job is cancelled 48 hours before start of service, there will be no penalization. Additionally, any employee who fails to contact STUDENT WATCHERS management regarding an absence for any reason for two consecutive jobs will be considered to have abandoned his or her job and to have voluntarily terminated his or her employment with STUDENT WATCHERS.
