A5. Once again, open enrollment is not guaranteed. The primary reason for Ironwood Ridge is to relieve the crowding at CDO. If everyone is allowed to openly enroll back into CDO, then the crowding issue would not get resolved. The open enrollment issue has been addressed. Applications began in December for the first round and closed February 1, 2001.
