What is the last date for Xmas orders?
At the moment we are guaranteeing delivery by the 24th for all orders up to 3pm on Dec 22nd BUT if it snows Royal Mail stop guaranteeing next day delivery on Special delivery so don’t leave it this late if you can possibly avoid it. We don’t want to let you down and weather is beyond even our control 🙂 What is you returns policy for Xmas orders? Our returns policy goes beyond the legal minimum of 7 days. We believe that you should be thrilled with our jewellery and it should last you for years. So it’s simple – if for any reason you are unhappy with your jewellery you can send it back for an exchange or a refund. If you are shopping for a gift for Xmas, don’t worry. If it doesn’t fit, doesn’t suit or she just doesn’t like it, again, you can return it to us for an exchange or refund. Please try and let us know as early as possible after Xmas and return unwanted items by the end of January so we can sort out our stock. Thank you.
