What is the largest size deck I can build & are there any restrictions?
There is no size limit except that allowed within the setback requirements of your property. The deck may extend a maximum of 10’ into the required rear yard. Uncovered porches may extend a maximum of 5’ into the required front yard. The deck must be a minimum of 5’ from side property lines. Any deviation from the above may require a zoning variance.
