Files under 2 MB (megabytes) in size: Many email servers will not allow large email messages through and your order may be delayed. We recommend keeping any individual email message below 2 MB. If you have several large graphics to send, put them in separate email messages. Email smaller files to: sales@AmericanCustomImage.com. Files up to 10 MB in size: These may be uploaded directly to our server via our file upload form. Make certain to include the exact file name that you’re uploading to ensure that we have the correct file to work with. Only one file may be uploaded at a time via this method. Files larger than 10 MB in size: For very large files, we recommend that you burn them to CD-ROM and physically mail it to us (see below).
