What is the largest attachment (size) when using email?
The Einstein mail server is configured to accept and deliver messages of 10Mb and smaller. Many universities use this size as well. However, individual sites, companies, and universities choose the attachment size for their own servers. Therefore, the size allowed by Einstein may be too large by another institution. Conversely, an alternate site may allow 20Mb attachments but our mailserver would reject messages with attachments of this size. If you need a way to send or receive large files, go to depot.aecom.yu.edu for instructions. (Note: You need a valid Einstein email login to use the depot server.)
