What is the larger redevelopment project?
LDG owns approximately 72,000 square feet of land and improvements between Georgia Avenue, Colesville Road and Fenton Street that has been in use as a parking lot since 1990. The developer is currently exploring a variety of redevelopment options that could include a mix of uses or a single use of office, hotel and/or residential. The music center, which will be the public amenity and public use space for this project, is Phase 1. The intent is for the planning of the larger project not to affect the timing of the development of the proposed music center.
