2010 is the 27th anniversary of the LG/WS CROP Walk. It is a 5-K sponsored walk, organized by many local churches in western Cook County, Illinois. The CROP Walk raises funds in support of Church World Services, a cooperative humanitarian ministry of 35 Protestant, Orthodox, and Anglican denominations, providing sustainable self-help and development, disaster relief, and refugee assistance in some 80 countries and here in western Cook County.
