What is the Kuoni strategy on the IT front?
We intend to continue to make full and optimum use of all the possibilities the internet offers as an information and communications tool, and thereby align our consultancy-intensive products even more closely to specific customer needs and offer these online, too. But we don’t intend to replace our established distribution and communications structures with the new internet channels; we aim to meaningfully supplement them instead. We are convinced that we can best meet the varied needs of our customers by appealing to them through all available channels and making our products as accessible as possible in both time and spatial terms.
