What is the KPI survey?
The KPI (Key Performance Indicator) is an unbiased survey conducted each year at each Ontario College. Each winter semester you will be asked to fill out a Student Satisfaction survey. The most important aspect of the KPI Student Satisfaction Surveys is that they are NOT linked to funding. The survey system is a way that the Ontario Government can measure how well each Ontario College is delivering services to you – the College Student. The Student Government is required to be active in establishing how the survey is conducted on campus. For further information, why not email SCSU.
