What is the kineFLEX™?
The kineFLEX™ is an optical fiber beam delivery system that includes the following elements: • An optical fiber cable • Input coupling optics • Output coupling optics or connector • A 4-axis manipulator to align the fiber to the laser. The kineFLEX™ is designed around your specific laser beam parameters. There is no need for you to understand fiber designs or types or calculate the appropriate optics for the couplers. Our engineers take care of the optical design, and what you get is a factory set fiber, mode-matched to your specified laser(s).
