What is the Kentucky “No Call” law?
It is a list of the home telephone numbers of Kentuckians who want to reduce the number of unwanted telemarketing calls invading the privacy of their homes with some exceptions. The list is maintained as part of the National Do Not Call Registry. Any telemarketer who calls a Kentucky citizen whose home or wireless number is on the list and effective can be fined up to $5,000.00 per violation, unless they fall within one of the exceptions in the law.
