What is the Kennel Club doing about the Marine & Coastal Access Bill?

0

The Kennel Club has drafted amendments to the Marine & Coastal Access Bill to make the proposed coastal access route exempt from DCOs, so that dog owners can continue to enjoy Englands coastline responsibly with their pets. The Bill already requires the Governments Natural England agency to identify impartially all areas where restrictions are needed and we think this is the fairest approach. We dont want local councils subsequently undermining this important work at a local level.
