KCA Local Caching Server (KCA LCS) is a system that increases the testing capacity of schools by optimizing the use of the external Internet bandwidth available to the school during KCA testing. To start using the KCA Local Caching server, you must first install the KCA LCS software on a local school server and configure each of the KCA end clients to use the caching server.
