What is the judicial strength of my idea-registration?
CIR attaches via an external, official provider of digital timestamps (DigiStamp,US) the electronic fingerprint of the idea document to the ID of the registrant to verify the identity of the registration and the person who registers it. When an idea document is registered at CIR a secure time stamp is attached. This validates the time of the registration which can also be used as evidence or proof in a judicial procedure. Further registration with a lawyer, solicitor or notary is not necessary. The CIR registration system prevents fraud since it is not possible to change or recreate a registered idea document.
