What is the Judicial Committee?
A. The Judicial Committee is the judicial arm of TJCSGA. It will hear allegations that have been submitted in writing to the State Advisors. They will have the power to investigate and render judgment on the issues submitted to them. They will then recommend actions to the General Assembly. The General Assembly can then approve such action, apply a lighter punishment or grant clemency. The General Assembly cannot approve a stiffer sentence.
