Land use recommendations within the Rural Comprehensive Plan are closely tied with municipal land use plans, several of which have been specifically adopted into the Rural Comprehensive Plan. For those portions of Olathe’s Future Growth Area that remain in unincorporated Johnson County, the Rural Comprehensive Plan remains the guiding land use document.
