What is the jobber list on the rankings page?

If you notice on the Full Rankings section, you will see a column for no-shows. Anyone that is scheduled for a match and does not roleplay will get a tally in the no-shows column. Rack up 2 or more no-shows and your name goes on the jobber list (pretty much to show that you don’t really care that much about your status in this federation).
