What is the Job Offer Acceptance Session (JOA)?
The JOA is scheduled for new employees so that they can complete the I-9, tax forms, direct deposit, Creditable Service form, receive the Conditions of Employment with the University of NC at Chapel Hill, and information regarding the New Employee Orientation. The session is to be completed on or before the effective date of employment. It is held at the campus HR Office in the Administrative Office Building (AOB).
