A. The System Administrator with your CRMnext is responsible for setting up your CRMnext online “Organization”, which means adding users, establishing their roles, configuring pick lists (drop-down menus), and adding custom fields. This task is usually completed in just a few hours. The Administrator may also manage the initial process of importing your company’s existing account, contact data, and notes. A company should typically allocate the system administrator rights to two users – one from the IT department and one could be the company head.
