What is the job of the CRM-gx System Administrator?
A. The Administrator is in charge of managing your CRM configuration and implementation. He will personalize the system for your company, setting time zones, default currencies, and so on. This Administrator can also add custom fields to the system, add and remove users, and set new logins and passwords. We recommend you select someone in your IT group who understands your business to assist with this role. If you don’t have an IT department, anyone familiar with your business and comfortable with the Internet should have no trouble fulfilling that role.
