The Jacksonville Port Authority is an independent authority created by Florida’s State Legislature. JAXPORT is the owner and operator of the Blount Island Marine Terminal, Talleyrand Marine Terminal, the Dames Point Marine Terminal and the JAXPORT Cruise Terminal.
