What is the IU Knowledge Base?
The IU Knowledge Base (KB) is a database of answers to computing and IT questions, and is one of several sources for computing support at IU. The KB provides information for users of all skill levels, with extensive documentation of IT services at IU (including Oncourse, OneStart, and IU email systems), instructions for solving many common software problems, and explanations of computing terms. You can search over 6,000 active and 8,000 archived KB documents at: http://kb.iu.edu/ The answers in the KB come from experts throughout UITS, IU, and the world, and are continually reviewed to ensure accuracy and reliability. For more about the KB, see: http://kb.iu.edu/data/aovp.
