What is the issue with Saral Palin and foreign policy?
Only the President of the United States can make foreign policy. Nobody but the president has any real foreign policy experience. Sarah Palin has foreign relations experience because she is the governor of a state which has the lion’s share international boundaries of the United States. Alaska does not share a boundary with any other state so anything Alaskan that is not produced in Alaska or consumed by Alaska has to come across an international boundary or cross international waters. When male governors have run for president they were able to point to relaively small boundaries with Canada or Mexico when discussing their foreign relations experience and nobody said anything about that.
