What is the island across the lake behind the dam in the first level?
This is again another mission objective that was removed before the final version, however the programmers left the island across the lake in there as scenery. To see it go down to the docks and use the zoom of the sniper rifle to look across the dam and you should see the tower and island. There is no way to get there unless you have a gameshark or similar whereby special codes can be entered.
