What is the ISCAP Master Resolution and what does it do?
The ISCAP Master Resolution must be completed and approved by the Board once before a school corporation can participate in the program. The Master Resolution details the school corporation’s duties and obligations and the general terms of the anticipatory warrants. It is critical that participating school officials read and understand the information in the Master Resolution and related program documents.
