Each case is reviewed independently. The Compliance Officer will notify the investigator with directives on how to proceed. The investigator must STOP all research immediately. The IRB will notify the department and the Office of Sponsored Programs accordingly. The investigator will work closely with the Compliance Officer to assure compliance.
