What is the Investor Advantage Programsm ?
There are two components to the Investor Advantage Programsm. The first is the FREE part which sends fresh leads to you based on your saved search criteria within an hour of a property being listed on the site. These FREE notifications are sent ONLY to registered investors identifying that they’re interested in that type of property. Act fast when you get a notification, you might have competition from another investor. The OPTIONAL fee-based upgrade to your account allow you to act fast and put 1 or 2 properties per week on hold, taking them out of circulation for anyone but you for an additional 24 hour period.
