What is the interview process for the Early Career Development Programs?
Aon has formalized the Campus Recruiting interview process to ensure nationwide consistency, competitiveness and ability to secure top campus talent nationwide. Aon’s campus recruitment teams and Campus Champion teams facilitate on–campus first round interviews at Aon’s select partnership schools during the Fall semester for the Rotational, Direct and International Development Programs and during the Spring for the Business Internship Program respectively. Recommended candidates from first round on–campus interviews will be invited for on–site final round interviews in one of five locations for all nationwide positions.
