My assumption is that you are mailing FROM the US to another country. The postage for a postcard will vary depending on the destination. You can go to the US Postal Service at http://www.usps.com and use their rate calculator–it allows you to select the type of mail (in your case, select postcard) and the destination of the postcard, then it tells you what the postage cost is.
