What is the international attachment / exchange module?
International attachment / exchange exposes the participants to work practices in an environment different from those at home to further cross-country understanding. It also helps them understand the macro-economic underpinnings and strengths and weaknesses of the host country from a governance and policy perspective. This module, which is an important component of the programme, is expected to prepare the participants to take on challenging public management and policy assignments in the new globalized world.
