What is the intention of this libra guy?
Libra men have a hard time making decisions. They need someone who will listen to them and provide opinions… feedback. I think, and this is just my opinion not based on any factual finding, that he needs to hear that what he is doing is okay. He needs permission from someone who he considers to be a worthy advice giver. If he can get justification for his actions from someone worthy, then his world will continue to be in balance, even though he appears to be doing his wife an injustice, he is not… so-n-so said so! He may also be feeling your sister out to see how she feels about seeing a married man. Way to look out for your sister, dude. I’m impressed.
